Flatfox adopts new structure

Following the acquisition of Flatfox by la Mobilière in April 2021 and the subsequent merger of Flatfox and aroov in June, the combined team has consolidated the two firms’ products and migrated customer data to Flatfox. The new solution for tenant and tenancy services has been successfully implemented with numerous clients. Over the past nine months, employees based in Zurich and Berne have increasingly grown together and now form a mature team.
The basis for the next development stage of Flatfox has thus been laid.
A part of the founding team have placed their former responsibilities into new hands: Bernhard Mäder, former CEO – and CTO of Flatfox since the merger – and former CFO Mattia Regi will take on new projects. “We remain at the team’s disposal. After all, we built up the company over ten years and our hearts still beat for Flatfox,” said Bernhard Mäder. “A big thank-you goes to Bernhard and Mattia, who not only contributed their know-how over the past nine months, but also participated in the development of the future strategy,” said CEO Matthias Frieden.
Thomas Kunz is taking over the position of CTO from Bernhard Mäder with immediate effect. As Head IT Architecture, he was already part of the executive management of aroov and subsequently worked as Head of Software Engineering. CEO Matthias Frieden will assume the position of CFO ad interim.
